Directors and Staff
Mr. Brittain is currently in his 5th year of teaching and graduated from Appalachian State University in 2017 with a degree in Instrumental Music Education.

Mr. Brittain was the Director of Bands at North Wilkes Middle School and North Wilkes High School for two years. While there, the bands received numerous awards for achievement, excellence, and growth.

Mr. Brittain currently lives in Lawndale, NC with his wife, Holly, and their dog, Moose.

Miss Emily Wright is currently in her fifth year teaching and second year at West Lincoln. She attended Appalachian State University, graduating in 2019 with a Bachelor of Music in Music Education. Her professional memberships include Sigma Alpha Iota International Music Fraternity, Kappa Kappa Psi National Band Fraternity, National Association for Music Education and North Carolina Music Educators Association.
